Delaware Guided Waterfowl Hunts

Specializing in Sea Ducks, Diver Ducks and Brant hunting.

With over 20 years of experience in hunting waterfowl, Licensed Delaware Guide and U.S.C.G Licensed Captain Dave Houser can make your hunt successful and enjoyable.

Providing waterfowl hunts in Delaware for 2 to 4 hunters.

What to expect from Truetolife Outdoors LLC:

Hunting Scoters (Common, Surf and White-winged), Oldsquaws, Atlantic Brant, Divers (most all of them, depending on the timing), and all the Mergansers (Hoodies, Red Breasted and Common). Maybe an occassional eider. All hunting will be done from a customized 19 foot Carolina Skiff with full blind.  If the  weather permits hunting will be done from a brand new NXT GEN U>F>O.  Waterfowl are hunted with longline sets of custom Homer decoys - we are a distributor for Homer Decoys because we found these to be the best quality decoys on the market.  The specific area and species we target will depend on weather conditions and scouting reports.

The ideal Delaware sea duck hunting trip is 2-3 days. Hunting is not allowed on Sundays.

Scoter  limits are the norm when weather cooperates.

December through January are the best dates for taxidermy purposes.

Contact Guide Dave Houser regarding season splits and species-specific timings.
